It has a really nice design and is easy to use. Missionary position works best otherwise it does have the tendency to slide out. The inside "arm" could stand to be longer which I think would help with the sliding out issue. Also, I wish the description was a little more clear, we were under the impression both arms vibrated, but only the outside arm does.
