This was my first purchase specifically for a prostate massager and I wasn't disappointed. The motors in this product are quite powerful and delivery more than enough punch to give you a wow factor.
My only issue was the particular sizing, sometimes the intensity would make it fall out while on my laying on my back. A pillow underneath counters this so only a minor issue.
