One of the "cool kids" now.

I went to a meeting, and everyone had a notebook or laptop, and were exchanging info. So, I felt compelled to get with it. This EVO Zenbook will fit the bill. It is highly portable at 14", has a long-lasting battery. It is also equipped with a touchscreen, so I could whiteboard in the meetings when needed. The multi-function touchpad on the keyboard is a real space saver. Having an expanded manual available online, beyond the Quick Start Guide, is a help in getting up to speed on using it. It is also rugged, so I won't need to worry about accidents much. Good choice,
