Should definitely be stronger metal seeing as some of purchase these for kids. We all know kids like to jump and play on their beds. The bars that hold the bed up should be better secure.

So far so good. My son loves it so far, but these reviews come to you so quick that if something goes wrong it will be after you wrote your review so I can't give an accurate review. But what I can say customer service was great even though it was through email. I rather have a live operator (not good with written communication) but i had a problem when I first ordered (is was something I did wrong not the company) and they fixed it right away
