The case is of good

The case is of good quality but I found the case to slick for my requirements -- working in trades -- I need the phone to stay where I place it -- within two weeks the phone was consistently falling off different surfaces -- would not even stay on the center console of my truck --I attempted to contact customer service to see if there was case that provided a better grip -- like a rubber surface -- since I could not get through to customer service -- I went back to my old style case -- Otterbox Defender Series !

Slow to arrive but perfect

Ordered on the 29th nov, didn’t arrive until 13th December. This should be known, but I don’t think it’s fair for it to affect the score of this product
It feels great to hold, tactile and grippy and fits perfect. The buttons feel nice too!
It offers ample protection to the screen and cameras without being bulky, and all the ports and speakers/microphones are easily accessible
I haven’t dropped it yet but I have D3O protection in my mountainbike armour and I know how well that stuff works - so I’m confident in its shock absorption claims!
It looks cool (hard to find cool looking cases that are a simple neutral tone/colour) and I’m happy that it’s MagSafe compatible too. Great little case

Great case - Fulfillment operations could be better

I love my new case! It's exactly what I wanted. Will buy again.
My only gripe is that I wish fulfillment operations were better. I placed my order on 2/22, followed up with customer service on 2/24 after not getting an email with the shipping confirmation, it shipped on 2/28, and arrived on 3/2. When your product is custodial (protecting equipment), it should be expedited to the greatest extent so that your customer's expansive phone isn't at risk while they wait 10 days for premium quality/price case. That said, customer service was very helpful and provided discount codes for me to use in the future.
All in all, I love my case - best I've ever had. Would do business with Zagg again.
