Didn't protect my phone

I had this case on my phone for exactly 1 week. I dropped my phone from two feet onto a tile floor. It did not work as intended. My screen cracked and ruined my phone. I specifically picked this phone case for the 13-ft drop protection that it offered. I realize that everything is not foolproof but I think it should have protected my phone a little better from a 2 ft drop. Now I have to go through the trouble of replacing my phone. When I get my replacement, I will not be using a Zagg case. Very disappointed!
