Dropped my phone by accident from no less than 5ft although it says 13ft resistance drop, the whole back side of the phone shattered, case is completely useless

Decent case. Easy to grip. Clear as pictured. Would like a bit more protection for the screen but don't know how without compromising the comfort of the grip. Haha

The website photos are deceiving . On the site it looks like it to a back case AND a screen saver. Apparently you feel a screen save isn't necessary as this cases corner curve around front. I purchased a separate screen saver as I am hard on my phone.
I like the clear case and it's light weight. However I was disappointed to see scratched on the back of a brand new case!!! This is not up to the standards I expect from ZAGG

Nice case, poor shipping

I really like this clear case. It showcases the natural color of my phone and the edges have a texture that helps hold it. Try to find it local if you can as ZAGG uses the postal service and they took forever. ZAGG please upgrade to FedEx or UPS!

Very slick, doesn't fit quite right

Not very snug, the plastic isn't very form-fitting. Also there is a millimeter or two gap on the top and bottom of the camera. Bezel. Makes it look a little unprofessional. I wish I could return it but I would have to pay for return shipping.

Poor design case

I have not have issue with Zagg case in the past but the experience for this purchase is beyond anything I had. The design makes it difficult to put in the case but it did not stop there, you have to try harder to pull the phone out of the case. The bottom part of the case was where it is flexible enough to pull the phone out from the case but only then you found out the rest of the case was hard material that get out the phone required attention or you may scratch or damage your phone. Sure it does come out but it should not require such effort.

I got charged twice

I purchased this case which is great however there was an issue with the website when I ordered it indicating that the order did not process. I reordered it and was charged twice. I received both but only needed 1 case.

Don’t like the fit

This was extremely hard to put on. I’ve never had a case this difficult. At one point I was worried about breaking phone it was so hard. Don’t like the ridges on the side. I didn’t realize they had them.
