I recently purchased a KardiaMobile 6L device from their website. My cardiologist recommended KardiaMobile after I realized my new Apple watch doesn’t have the ECG feature on it. After researching both models, I decided to get the upgraded version. The first year KardiaCare membership is very reasonable! I feel more secure now that I own this.

Unfortunately, my card does not work. I have complained about this several times, by email and phone, but so far I have been unable to get ANY response.

I wish they just provided the advanced algorithm a bit cheaper or free. Most of us already have a cardiologist and don’t want or need that service.
