I experienced PVC's during my first EKG yet the "clinician" reported normal. I had to contact support before I got a response after 4 days. Their explanation was that there had to be 2 PVC's within the first, I think it was, 4 seconds of the EKG for it to be recognized. Really?
I was upset to find that my membership causes all my EKGs to be automatically sent for review by a cardiologist. That means I can't use my Kardia EKG as often as I would like, because it will use up all my free reviews. I bought this membership so I could choose which ones to have reviewed, but the membership has taken away that choice. I will not be renewing it.
Had a problem when I ordered a carrying case for my XL sent one that doesn’t fit. Customer service was very unhelpful.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have SVE with SVT and SVB in Afib and in Sinus, So.... Guess What? All those acronyms are not detected without a subscriptions. I have NO, ZERO, NADA interest in their doctors, I already have a good doc. If I had known any of this I would never have bought it
The Kardia is providing me daily information and building a history. It is not just an EKG. Kardia is providing information, a history and recommendations. My cardiologist reviews the data and recommendations then gives me plan for near term and future. I should have bought one sooner
Pros: Accuracy, Easy to use, Mobile App (Kardia), Comfort, Durability
Good idea, but erratic results. Cannot detect Bradycardia below 40bpm. Reports Normal Sinus Rhythm when there is obvious skipped beats. Needs better AI to give more relevant information. My cardiologist was interested in the charts but they were detailed enough in a report and sifting thru the downloads of each 30 sec test is like watching a tree grow, 30 seconds at a time.
