Nice computer with some limitations, specifically trying to force us to buy HP ram if we want to upgrade. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This has worked out very well for me. The drives are a good size and the video card runs remarkably well. If you're looking for a mid-range gaming desktop, you can't go wrong with it. There haven't been any hiccups with the system and the Omen gaming software works far better than I thought it would.
