I am an occasional gamer, and thought this would be a good unit to purchase for my main computer and some gaming. I haven't used it a lot yet, but it really heats up to the point that you can barely touch the case. I did read, prior to purchasing, that it wasn't cooled very well. At this point I think the term "gaming desktop" is misleading. It has a good graphics card and plenty of memory for my purposes, but all of that won't do you any good if it isn't properly cooled. I am disappointed, and do not recommend this unit unless you will just use it for standard office computing and very light duty games.
