The computer is really quiet and boots fast, I kinda should have bought one with more hard drive space but overall it's much better than I thought. I thought because of Hp it was gonna be like those crappy 2000s computers in public schools, with the old CRT monitors that no one wanted.
I customized this pc with 16gb of ram, 512gb ssd, intel i7 processor and the geforce 1650 super. I got the PC a week before its expected delivery date which was awesome. Runs all my favorite games like a charm, including valorant, minecraft, risk of rain 2, half life, portal etc. Awesome PC and I definitely recommended customizing it with the parts listed above if you have a bit of extra budget.
This computer is exactly what the kids and I were looking for. It plays all their favorites like Fortnite and Fall Guys on the highest graphics settings flawlessly. No stuttering or chattering. I would definitely recommend this pc for anybody wanting to break into pc gaming for the first time
It was broken upon arrival. It would not start up windows. My choices were to send it back and wait a couple weeks to get it fixed (I ordered it because o needed it ). Or take it to a “guy” to get it I fixed. So I did. There was a windows corruption or something of that nature that had to be fixed. They fixed it and it’s been fine every since. But to get a brand new build that doesn’t boot up windows really sucks.
I am having continuing problems with the new tower. However, I can't determine if it's a Microsoft or HP problem. I've encountered three significant defects with Windows 11 faults. Is it the software (Microsoft) or the build process (HP)?
On the positive side by upgrading to the newest Intel chip the tower is smoking fast!
