What I love about the Snow Joe Snow Broom and Ice Scraper is how easy it is to use. I have an SUV and it’s not easy to get the snow off off the roof. With the telescoping feature, I have no problem. The Snow Joe also does not scratch my car. Got it as a Christmas gift and love it.

I had a minor issue with a snow brush of theirs and without question they sent out a replacement. Most companies hassle you about it but this company made things a breeze.

Product works good but the handle constantly becomes unscrewed from the pad. Guess I'll put some adhesive on the threads to stop it from coming apart
