To be honest i was expecting better performance. The speed is fine but I expected more based on youtube reviews. I switched from a nest wifi. Its still a good value when you consider all the controls you get. Parental controls etc. I find as time goes on it seems to be getting better. Ive had some drops or blocks but I wonder if its more my cable system upgrading their own system. I have 1GB speed but i get 700 at best. I seem to be averaging around 250-300. I have about 30-35 devices attached so the network shouldn’t be taxed. I think when my own cable system offers above 1gb speed i will see what i was hoping to see. 6e is supposed to be future proof so i guess i have to wait on the future. Don't get me wrong. It works well, but at the price I paid i think i could have gotten the same performance at a lower price like a linkysys , TP link or google nest pro.

A little tricky getting both to work, but my son who I use for IT support was able to figure it out. It’s been running for a couple of weeks now without any problems. Speed is a lot faster than before

I'm a lifelong MAC user wedded to Airport Extreme networks for more that 20 years and had to break out to the "new world of networks and equipment" this past few months. Taking my MAC persnicketiness to the various "geek periodicals" I searched for a worthy replacement for my beloved home network. After a few weeks I settled on the ASUS ZenWiFi ET8 with a companion AT8 add-on. It smokes! Some much flexibility and so easy to setup and use! ASUS, you've hit a "home run" here and you can rest assured I'll be loyal to the company and product going forward. In nautical terms "Bravo Zulu"!

ZenWiFi ET8 greatly improved coverage & performance of our wireless network. 3800 sq ft three level home has excellent coverage in all areas. More than 35 devices and no issues with any of them. I replaced a Netgear RAX120 that was wifi was failing on. Definitely an upgrade.
