Seat fasteners not sturdy

Seat is comfortable but the fasteners require constant tightening.

Weak seat riser lock

Poor product and no service. The riser seat has three plastic pads that can be adjusted to press against the toilet with the idea it will lock the riser in place. The pads are made of thin (.078 or 5/64") plastic. The front pad broke off the second time my 115 lb mother sat on the riser seat. The lock pads do little to hold the seat in place. I called Carex looking for a replacement pad or possible replacement riser. They don't have the part and wouldn't replace the riser. I'd keep searching as there are much better risers available.
