"Hot Wheels!"

I'm 69yrs old, & developed a severe balance problem, with sciatica pain. I have fallen several times just using a cane. At my age, I don't bounce so good no more! Lol! With this Carex Crosstour, I feel safe & I am safe! No more "down" time, if ya know what I mean! Very well built, great welding & engineering went into this product! Easy to assemble, no tools required! Basically, I LOVE IT!!! Highly recommend it!

I love this Rollator. Very easy to fold and easy to lift into the car. Works well and rolls smoothly on all surfaces, including grass, sand, cobblestone, and gravel. Has a wide seat, which is very comfortable for sitting. Sturdy but lightweight and easy to maneuver and lift and store.

My Carex boosts my confidence daily. I go on walks every day, I do my exercises, confident that I will not fall. If I get tired I sit on my Carex. I love it!

Full assembly required.

I love the cross tour I bought in 2016. Have no complaints about it. I just needed new tires. But they redesigned it and I had to buy a new one. It comes in a teeny tiny box. Full assembly was required. The wheels they put on at the factory, were put in the wrong location. Being disabled, I found it hard to put together and I wish they sent with the option to have it already pre-built but they don't. And you need to be aware. Full assembly required. full not some assembly full assembly required. All 6 extensions...4 wheels and 2 handles with brakes. At least the brakes were attached. No tools were sent. You're not supposed to need tools. If you need tools, you're doing it wrong. That being said I did use a hammer because I am disabled and stuff just doesn't go together for me. I love the original one that I bought! I can even go through narrow grocery store aisles! Once I built this new one, i suspect it will last well and be okay too.
