I’ve had one that’s held up for the last 6-7 years and want another one for my feet since the back of my ankles are sensitive if they touch even my 1,500 thread count sheets! I’ve used this cervical pillow for both neck , lumbar and now one for ankles . Best relief and I’ve tried many gadgets for sale to help relieve this area but only this tiny but mighty pillow works so feet don’t fall asleep like they do with other types that are too high or elevated ! It’s great on flat bed and when I raise feet or and head of my electric hospital type !
