Also, sometimes the pen is challenging to remove from its port. Overall, I do like the laptop so far. I will update if anything changes.

Wifi/Touchpad problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this laptop. I got the HP Spectre first and returned it due to heat issues. My first problem was the poor wifi. I tried this laptop in 5 different locations and always got half the wifi signal of my other computers. The other problem was the touchpad. It was hard to press down and impossible to select text to copy and paste. Ultimately, I opted to return it, as wifi and touchpad are two of the most important functions of a laptop. A side note, this laptop gets as hot as the HP, I think that is how they make laptops these days with a bottom vent that prevents you from comfortably working with it on your lap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Laptop Did Not Work

My brand new laptop screen completely died on me within weeks on purchase. I called customer service repeatedly to get a replacement sent to me. However, customer service was so abysmal that I finally changed my mind and asked for a full refund. Then my refund was delayed by over two months. I had to repeatedly call the company again and hound them for the money. I feel you have lost a customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
