Lenovo not only offered an excellent product in the Lenovo Yoga 7i but they also presented me a stellar customer experience. The excellent care team put themselves in my shoes and understood by understanding my frustrations. Their empathetic approach led to a highly favorable solution. Often when people complain they really just want their problem to be acknowledged and to see that someone cares. Thank you Lenovo for an excellent laptop option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is great. The backlit keyboard layout is perfect. The screen resolution is good at all angles. The audio is also nice and clear. The speed is also great. I really have no complaints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found improvement can be done for below 2 points:
a. Laptop is getting overheated
b. The screen is a having an yellowish glare
I tried all possible settings but couldn't
get rid of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
