Hasnt worked since I purchased

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 7i 15 three months ago. From day one, I was having issues with the USB because the microphone headphones I wear for my company would have all audio crackle after two minutes, and then nothing could be heard after. I tried Bluetooth for a bit, and even that was having issues. I would go without the headphones and just try the computer microphone; no one could hear me on Zoom and Google Hangouts.
I've had two different remote technicians. A system restore. Two technicians come over to replace all cables, cords, and motherboards. Today, the third person is coming over to replace the hard drive. I purchased Premium care, hoping to eliminate any headaches or troubles since I currently operate a company with several clients. I also am a full-time employee of a company that has me working remotely. Lenovo wants me to send this in so they can take a look. However, as I've tried to articulate numerous times, I cannot be without a computer due to all the reasons listed above.
The last tech who came to my house flat out told me something was massively wrong with my computer, and it should be placed. Again, this device is THREE MONTHS OLD. And instead, I have to block out time to spend with tech in my home with my pregnant wife during a pandemic. Shame on you, Lenovo, for treating someone who has purchased THREE computers from you in THREE years this way. Once this is done, you've not only lost an advocate, you've lost a customer. (SIDE NOTE: Their phones are currently not working, and the rep on chat has had me waiting for a solid twenty minutes to tell me I'll be receiving a call in two hours.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
