I had to give 2 stars because I had a problem with microphone being too low on teams app from day 1. I reached out to technical assistance and obviously they couldn't fix it and made me purchase premium support saying that I will get better care. Then the next day I connected to premium support and he messed it more by uninstalling drivers and stuff and ended up with lot of noise coming out of my speakers. While I was trying to tell him about this sound he is replying me for every 5 minutes doing some other work I guess. He finally asked me to ger replacement or refund. I understand this is a software issue and thats why I took premium support which clearly states that software issues are also taken care which did not happen. I tried my best to keep my laptop with me since I liked it but your technical staff and post sales teams is making me give it back and buy DELL. I wanted to have a change from dell which is not happening anymore I guess. Pretty sure all of this review is seen by no one anyway.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

terrible warranty

Before i bought it despite I asked to costumer services several times on the phone that If i buy it, I will use it in Turkey and i asked if the warranty warranty covers worlwide and if i would have valid warranty and i was told several times it will be valid in Turkey but after i bought it when i had a problem with the laptop. I was told by LENOVO Turkey my warranty is not valid in Turkey then I contacted to Lenovo Us where i ordered my laptop they didnt do anything about it.
