The battery life is great and it’s been extremely reliable. I work as a chat agent online for a company. I have several tabs open at once during work and it does not lag or run slow.

I opened the box 15 days after it arrived as I was travelling. The bottom part was dented so the touchpad did not work. I bought it ahead of time as I need to work urgently. Had to rush to buy another computer. It has been very disappointing and very frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's all good now, but the proof will come in 4-7 years to see if this is a better built laptop. The keyboard layout/keys are different than the standard qwerty....that was a surprise. Had to figure out how to turn on the backlit keyboard...no manual to explain that. Works well. Would have preferred a full 16" screen. It's amazing how much smaller a 15.6" screen seems to be.
