Laptop will not get out of sleep mode, have to hard reboot each time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems pretty good - great specs for the price. Solid feeling but extremely lightweight. Excellent keyboard feel - I can even use the track pad (which I normally turn off immediately in favor of a mouse). Op system runs well once you update all the drivers. Only complaint is the screen/resolution, just not a great quality picture. If they upped the specs this would be a GREAT machine.
It’s relatively new, but it is a powerful laptop at a great price. I love the fingerprint ready, allowing an easy, biometric sign-on, and the Thunderbolt connectivity for one cord to rule them all. I’m very happy with this laptop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love it. Only complaint: headphone jack is on the left side. I am a righty and a stenographer. When I plug in my headphones (because I cannot rely on Bluetooth failed connections), the wire crosses over my machine/hands. This is an issue I haven’t found a solution to yet. It is very annoying though.
As far as the laptop itself, the look, and its performance: 10/10. It’s only been about a month so maybe my feelings will change (I hope not), but so far, I absolutely love it and would recommend it, especially if you don’t have the headphone issue like I do.
