I saw that there was another person having trouble, but I bought it anyway. Typically it’s human error if something of LEGO “doesn’t do” something. But it’s actually the build. I took it apart, moved things around and it still would not close fully. It is not TOO noticeable if you stick it between the other book play sets, but it is a little frustrating. Still a cool concept.

It won't stay shut!

I was really looking forward to this new release, divination is my favourite class. I got to the store first thing in the morning and couldn't wait to be done with work to get on this build. The whole build was pretty straightforward, until when I try to shut the book. it wouldn't close all the way! It bounced open gently and leaves a gap! The other 4 builds I had stay shut all the way. I took it a part and reassemble a few times, removed the the text book from the cabinet, just won't do the magic! I was so frustrated I didn't even work on the other 2 builds I bought. if anyone know what the issue is, please tell me!!!
I would still recommend this to those who was the whole set. but I will definitely warn those who has any degree of OCD.

Great add to sets but will not close

Not as sturdy as previous books

I was disappointed in this build. The crystal ball and small chairs have little to hold onto. It kept falling apart. I had to partially disassemble more than once to get everything in place. After all that fuss I couldn’t get it closed. I also miss the multiple studs at the top of the book as that’s where I place my minifigs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to complete your collection (me).

Bigger than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a little easier for granddaughter to put together from the Defiance one, A little bit more to this one, but she wanted to hurry and get it done, so she could make a story to go along with to read to her Dad.

Wont shut all the Way

I like the design and love the details. However it doesn't shut all the way. It pops open just a bit so thats a bummer for sure. Otherwise great and love it.
