A must buy

When I first got this set for my son, I was skeptical because the final product looked so small. I have to say, I'm impressed with the size. My son spends hours playing with this, and the other vehicles can be detached to almost get 4 different sets! My only complaint is that the combo mech itself is slightly unstable, and hard to assemble. But, other than that, this is a must buy, and you won't regret it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oh no! We're sorry you’re having some difficulty keeping the combo mech together as it should be. Double check your build and that all the pieces are pressed tightly together. If that doesn't do the trick, call us at LEGO.build/Service-BV and we'll walk you through some options.

Hard to focus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set has so many different parts, it was difficult for my 7 and 10 year olds to focus. They would finish one or two parts and not finish the rest. Then they lost a few pieces scattered around their bedroom and we’re unable to finish the build. Overall I would say this is more for the 10+ crowd, which is unfortunate because I don’t know many pre-teens excited about Ninjago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely awesome Lego build. Not as difficult to build as we expected. Instructions were super clear and helpful, took us only two days to put together. Thankful for numbered baggies. Kid loved the minifigures as well. Mech looks super cool on bookshelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this Lego set. He was able to put it together without any help. The instructions were easy for him to follow. The pieces went together easily and stayed together. This is one of his favorite Lego sets he’s ever did.

Awesome set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved this set and it really kept him busy for quite some time. He is almost 9 years old, so a little young for this set’s recommended age, but he spent about an hour every day and finished it within a week. He loved the mini figures too!

This is a very great set with a great amount of play value. The fact that it transforms into either one big mech or four smaller vehicles is wonderful and you get Kai, Cole, Zane, and Jay. definitely would recommend this.
