Great addition to Lego Luigi or Lego Mario Starter

I really like this build, especially the way the doors open. My only complaint is that the torch instructions said to put a red hollow round single piece between the flame and the bowl. Adding this piece meant that the flame would not stay in. When you hit the slider to knock over the purple guy, the flame went flying. I removed the red round single piece and placed the flame directly in the bowl, like they did with the blue flames, and the flame now stays put even when knocking over the purple guy.

Fun and Nostalgic!

My kids and I have loved the Mario theme and this is no exception! I grew up playing the gamecube Luigi’s Mansion and this set definitely captured the feeling of the game well. We have been setting up our Mario sets open world style on baseplates and this build lent really well to that! Excited to add the big mansion set soon! Keep up the awesome work!

Fun Set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the haunted and spooky theme so this cool expansion set was just perfect for me! The set is fun to put together with clear instructions and looks super cool when completed. Every piece was high quality and well made. I am very happy!

He seemed to enjoy as he always does. He’s worked it in with his other builds. Never a bad build with Lego. It doesn’t matter if it’s a quick person or an elaborate build. We always enjoy the build and our time together
