What a joy

Great and enjoyable build, and a great playset too. Each room has so much detail. My daughter LOVED the Christmas tree, and that santa can go down the chimney - as long as he throws his sack of presents down first! We plan to build this and put it out for display each Christmas.

The family portrait sticker came crumpled up and with almost no stick to it, making it unusable. I was hoping I could have this part replaced. Thanks.

I’ve done many of the Christmas houses & even others, the design and detail has this being one of my favorite builds! The roof designs are fabulous!! The interior features fantastic! If you can, get this set, it will not disappoint!

Great Family Holiday Tradition

We bought Santa's Visit as something to build each year that would not only serve as a nice holiday decoration but also serve as a new family tradition---and we couldn't be more thrilled with this purchase on both fronts. LEGO prices are always a little high IMO, but since this build can be more than just a toy I think it's got a high value for the money, comparatively speaking. Only negative: the lower section of the roof above the kitchen sink and also the dining table runner are structurally weak and problematic. We needed to add a couple pieces to stabilize that roof section and I'm currently still trying to think of a visually pleasing way to solve the table runner problem. Having said that, this build makes us happy and we would definitely recommend. :)
