A visit from Santa

My grandsons got be hooked on Lego when they were 5,6, and 7 and now they are 10, 11, and 12. I am into the whimsical ones and they are into the star wars etc. I have done many expert ones. The new Christmas Village set, Visit from Santa is delightful. I have been getting the Christmas set for several years and pack it away and bring them out at Christmas. After I finished the new one last week, I decided not to wait for Christmas, I am setting it all up today! I love walking by and looking at all the details. Great job designers and engineers!

Beautiful Set

I love this set and the theme of Christmas is one of the most beautiful aspects of this set. I loved the color scheme of the house, I enjoyed building this the whole day. My only concern was that the roof fell apart and I had to remove some pieces to make the roof stay in place.

The design of this set is so clever and detailed. I was constantly inspired and impressed by the engineering of this build. Wonderful for decorating and getting in the holiday spirit!

I started building these sets with my grandchildren. It has turned into an addiction - My next hobby will be building cases for them, so I don't have to dust them! LOL
