Extremely Disappointed

I purchased this fridge in September of 2024 and received delivery in October 2024. Initially I was thrilled with the fridge - loved the spaciousness and operation of it. Just four months later, all of the "display lighting" stopped working, including the interior light. I read the manual for troubleshooting but could find nothing relating to that issue. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for word from the repair company as to parts needed in order to fix this fridge. They tell me that Electrolux has no recommendations or listings for parts to repair this particular model. Thank goodness it's still under warranty and up to this point, is continuing to keep my food cold, but I'm extremely disappointed with this situation as well as this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it works, it’s great

Landlord purchased new fridge in January 2022.. Did not work when plugged in. We were told that they were having a lot of issues with this fridge, the Freon did not work. Apparently it’s a new environment friendly Freon. Waited weeks to get repaired. Broke down again middle of August 2022, same problem. Our milk is sitting in the freezer to stay cool (for how long is the question). Not impressed with this fridge. I personally would not purchase another one.

Water dispenser leaks

The fridge is only 2 months old and the water dispenser is leaking in the door. This is the second fridge I have received that had this happen to it with in a few months of using it

Love my new Refrigeratoe

I’ve the fridge since July 2022 and overall I’m happy with it. I love the French doors, and the look of the counter depth fridge made it worth choosing that feature. I love the lights and brightness inside. There are a lot of lighted areas and I appreciate that. My son especially love the drawer that can be temp adjusted - we use it for cold drinks. Nice feature. I found an area between the glass above the crispers where liquid had seeped into, and it was extremely hard to clean it. I love the bottom pull out freezer and the two trays - especially love the top tray for frozen cans. I find the overall capacity of the freezer was small, something I had to get used to. I also find the fridge is not that quiet, but I don’t know how it compares to the average fridge. Nice temp features and alarms if the door is left open. The freezer was kind of left ajar or not all the way closed but the alarm did not sound. It was not big issue, in the end. I would buy this fridge again. I miss fridges with pull out shelves. My old fridge had that and I loved it. Unfortunately I have been unable to use the ice maker and water dispenser. This was done improperly at renovation time, unfortunately, and was a contractor issue, not an appliance issue.

The features offered are awesome! I love the brightness when you open the door…inviting to grab a snack or cook a feast. The shelvings are easy to move. Lots of storage room in the fridge area for our needs.

Unfortunate Second Fail

We had to replace our 1.5 year old Frigidaire refrigerator due to an un repairable issue resulting in frozen food I the fresh food section. We purchased this replacement unit beginning of Dec 2022 and are now currently awaiting our repair tech to come deal with an internal leak. I am hopeful of receiving our replacement warranty on our first unit and a quick fix on this second one. I am an eternal optimist so this will be the ultimate test for Frigidaire reputation, fingers crossed.
