I was told there would be cold water from the water dispenser and no it is not cold and apparently there is no opstion of this on this fridge

I bought this a month ago aand we had a service rep here and said the main electrical board is not working properly. No one has got back to me on when and if they are going to replace it. Very disappointed!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product!

I love my counter-depth French door refrigerator for two main reasons: it’s noticeably quieter and the interior is beautifully organized. The French doors and adjustable layout make it easy to keep everything sorted and easy to find.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still getting used to it

Have generally been very happy with our new fridge. We are going slightly down in size and so we need to adjust our expectations. Unfortunately, I have found things almost frozen towards the back of the fridge. I am pleased that it matches the other appliances in our kitchen that came with our house.

Had our fridge for 2 months and it broke. Had it repaired and it didn’t work, we have been without a working fridge or replacement fridge for 2 weeks with no ETA.

Great spacious fridge

I've had this fridge for the past few weeks, and overall, I'm very happy with it. It's spacious, and I especially like the internal filtered water dispenser and the ice maker.
My only minor complaint is that the control panel on the edge of the left door is very sensitive. Occasionally, I accidentally change the refrigerator's temperature with a light touch while opening the door. Another small drawback is that the internal support structure in the lower freezer compartment reduces the usable storage space, limiting its overall capacity.

Great Counter Depth Fridge

Very happy with this model, it fit our needs perfectly. Only ONE (minor) thing I could pick about: the nice large ice drawer doesn't actually fill up much (barely 1/4 of its depth at most - ever), and there is no adjustment for the level of ice that I can find (?). So far it seems to keep up with our typical daily ice usage, so not a big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!
