Easy access freezer for kids

I purchased this a month ago and love it. Mainly for the bottom freezer for our children to access their food and snacks.

Spacious with great features!

Very happy with our new fridge!
Love all the space and specialty drawers. Fruit & vegetable drawers keep produce fresher than any previous refridgerator.
One drawback. Occasionally, it has an alarm or something that goes off, and we don't know why. Literally jumped the first few times it happened.

After fridge was delivered we encountered problems for the first two weeks. Ice was forming and accumulating in the freezer. This caused loud banging. A service rep was able to diagnose the issue. The freezer drawer was not making a tight seal and the banging had something to do with water/ice on the fan. He removed and reinstalled the drawer. So far, the problem appears to be resolved and the fridge is working fine.
