Please know that it's important for us to hear if our products are meeting our consumers' expectations and what may be implemented in future designs. There could be a few reasons why the refrigerator door will not close properly: the door was closed too hard, causing the other door to open slightly. In this case, you have to close both doors gently. Another reason could be that the refrigerator is not level. It rocks on the floor when moved slightly. In this one, you have to ensure the floor is level and solid and can adequately support the refrigerator. Contact a carpenter to correct a sagging or sloping floor. it showed up next day it went high temp , had repair man come change the freezer board , he did , next day high temp again , no we wait to see what else is wrong , alot of money not to ba able to use freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice fridge as far as space and layout goes. I think the design is good.. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because to completely remove the protective plastic I would have to disassemble the exterior because it is underneath the edges as if it was put on before the exterior was assembled so it looks kinda trashy on the corners and along some edges. The door handles are brushed aluminum and it feels rough on the skin.There is a bit of insulation peeking around the seal of the freezer and the door slams shut. Fingerprints are very hard to get off. Would I purchase it again? I'm not sure.

One outstanding Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you go to open the refrigerator using the right it hit and drags against the left door. You can see scratch where it hit. I will take a picture but I have cleaned it up so it might not show too well. Other than that the refrigerator is fine and we love it.
