[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m very happy with our new fridge.
There are a few design flaws on the inside that decrease usability. For example the shelves on the right side of the fridge only work on the right side and same for the left side. This makes it difficult to rearrange according to your specific spacing needs. It does provide lots of door storage.
The fridge also unboxed with two dents on the front that will have to be hidden with pictures or magnets.
Other than these two main concerns we are very happy with the fridge.

We're terribly sorry your experience has been less than excellent. It's never our intent to have you feel that we don't care, because we do. We always like to see if there is anything we can to do assist you. Regarding condensation buildup or frost build up, we recommend for you to contact the installer, also Factory suggested temperature settings for refrigerator is 37 degrees and freezer is 0 degrees. Acceptable operating temperatures for the refrigerator is 33 degrees to 47 degrees and the freezer is -6 degrees to 6 degrees. There should be no food items in contact with vents as these items will disrupt air flow and cause food to freeze. Clear any blockage to allow for proper air flow. Air from the freezer moving to the refrigerator through the damper would result in freezing temperatures in the crisper drawers when unit not in use for extended amounts of time. The unit will need to be used more frequently to help prevent this from happening. Crisper Drawers are adjustable; lower humidity conditions may result in freezing in drawers. Try adjusting the humidity control to allow for more air flow in and out of the drawer. Allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize after adjustment.

LOUD BANGING METALIC NOISE

This refrigerator was delivered on 11/25/23 with 2 dents (one on the side and one on the front left door). Two days after install it began making a loud clanking metalic noise and the refrigerator temp has spiked to 45 degrees 4 times since install (temp set at 37 degrees). This unit is junk and its disheartening that it will not be replaced as it was dented/damaged on delivery and the loud banging metalic noise and temp spikes.

Negligent inspectors at the factory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little unhappy. The doors are not mounted level and the left door would not shut if opened first. No one in the area to fix it. Never again will I purchase a Frigidaire!

Slow ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far would’ve got a 5 star, but the ice make is super small/slow, especially for this size refrigerator. It only produces 10 small cubes each cycle. If I would’ve known this, we would’ve got a different refrigerator.

New refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving my new refrigerator. Most of all, I like the bottom pull out freezer. So much more room in it. And, the double door refrigerator seem to have more room up top. Great deal on it and worth purchasing. Got it just in time before my old refrigerator stop working.
