It freezes up at least once a week on the internet and nearly once a day with Microsoft office. Sometimes the mouse even slows it's movement or gets stuck.

The computer is speedy, sound is acceptable - not loud, but OK to use indoors, keyboard feels good.
The screen is the only major weakness of this laptop - the colors are washed out. It can be ignored, but it is definitely noticeable.
I would prefer to pay a bit more if it was possible t get this laptop with a better screen.

Not happy at all. Having a very difficult time with set up so am not using the new laptop. Problems include not being able to connect a wireless printer and inability to set accessibility options so that I can see text, particularly in apps such as Norton, Word and Excel.
