No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Affordable, reliable product

Great value for a small bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not quite the greatest sound range, but it is rather nice for its value. Even has the old school AV connection which is really nice. The only real downside is even the lowest volume level is still rather loud and it doesn't always seem to stay at the lowest level when turned back on, so it's a good idea to have it at the lowest level when starting back up again. Definitely a good replacement for the old school portable speakers that I've had for 20 years since instead of batteries and an AC connection, just needs the USB cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound, nice design. I don't like the placement of the aux cable port, it is above the down volume button so it gets in the way. I have to use both hands and tilt the speaker to lower the volume. Would recommend this product.
