I am impressed with the supply chain response of Thor parts, put not happy that I needed a part one month after the parts warranty expired. In general, this range was built to look like a up market product, but the parts and materials were skimped on and not meant to last a generation let alone a lifetime.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grates are very heavy and good quality. The only reason I give 4 stars is because we just got it. Looking forward to using it more!

I love the see through Door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love an oven with a huge see through door like this and a light inside. How is someone supposed to bake if you cannot see inside without opening the door up and causing what you are baking to fall?

Good stove for RV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced the oven / stove that came with the RV. Original non Thore stove did not work well at all and lacked some features we wanted.
This stove has made my wife very happy and work great for us. The accuracy of the oven settings is pretty close... as well as expected in a house installation. And the broiler functions well. The burners are powerful and required some learning to keep from scalding the food..but work great. Boiled water surprising fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love how my new range and oven functions and looks! It was delivered quickly after I ordered it, too. It’s easy to clean. I had a very small issue with mismatched grates when it was delivered, but a prompt response from their customer service team (Ronni) resolved this and they sent a replacement. I highly recommend this range and Thor as a manufacturer.
