Looks great, but the knobs

After remodeling our kitchen, I wanted to update our range to something more modern. My wife loves this one. It makes a huge difference in the aesthetic. However, we are having knob issues. The warmer one will not turn on. We are calling customer service on Monday and will hopefully be able to resolve this quickly.

I bought this Range to compliment my Thor Microwave, this combo is awesome, has nice features and visually it has character, love how it functions so far, time will tell on the other features, but for now, I’m very satisfied.

Professional looking, upscale features

Still getting used to cooking with this oven, I love that it has more space inside but it seems to cook/bake hotter than my old oven, I used an oven thermometer which disproved that theory. It may be a matter of oven shelf placement and use of the convection oven. At any rate, I look forward to mastering this beauty.

I purchased my HRE3001 30" Free-Standing range when I remodeled my kitchen last year. It took me awhile to get used to it because I had never had such a premium product. Now that I have learned the range and oven, I am in love. The fats heating burner is amazing. The convection feature is next level. I originally bought it mostly because of the reviews and i thought the name was cool. You should buy it because it is a serious upgrade for the average home cook. You'll love it like I do!

Overpriced, underwhelmed

I bought this oven 2.5 years ago. I don't use it much but the baking element is already needing replacement. It stopped hearing halfway thrift Christmas dinner with all of my family here. When I do use baking only everything burns at the bottom even if I place it on the highest rack. The stove stinks as well. The right front element doesn't heat properly and the blue light is always on. Also, it arrived damaged but we were told nothing could be done. And it doesn't have selfclean. I'm really missing my ge profile. Finally, the rattle from the control panel is ridiculous when the oven is cooling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
