I am in the process of returning. After calling HP, I was told that it was possibly the fan. Hopefully, this is an issue that can be fixed. I am very disappointed. I have an HP all-in-one purchased in 2012 that I absolutely love. It is getting sluggish. This was supposed to be an upgrade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January and it took a little over 2 weeks to receive. I saw a review on here that mentioned the fan was very loud and thought it was an over exaggeration but its not, the fan is fairly loud and can be even louder depending on the application being run. However, this is an all in one computer so unlike a computer and monitor being seperate, this is all closer to the face-meaning normally having them separate would have the fan farther away and it wouldn't normally be an issue. My keyboard is also pretty sticky, I noticed when I hold certain keys down they stick like the arrow keys or up button. However-if you're looking for something just for basic needs this is your computer! Fast, slim, slick looking with the black, don't plan on using the camera for zoom-the camera is pretty blurry compared to my MAC computer. Screen size was a little better than I expected but still very nice. I think in the future when I'm ready to spend more money, (and if you are too), I'd go for more RAM. Other than that works great!
