I love this All-in-one. It is super fast, good quality large screen, and I got rid of a bunch of messy cords. Two things prevent a 5 star rating. First, it would be much more convenient if the USB and HDMI ports were on the sides rather than the back, but I knew that when I ordered it and can live with that. Second, the wired mouse and keyboard that came with it are junk, tiny and cheap, HP should do better! Using my old wireless set. However, I would still buy it again.

The computer/monitor & mouse work ok. The keyboard inserts brackets & slanted lines into the words as I type. I’ve been using my old hp keyboard. I received my computer on March 4, 2021. The warranty info in the software said Nov 2020 & that I had 9 months remaining. I know part of my frustration started with the bare minimum info provided just to set up the hardware, & really nothing else. I am 84 yrs old & not extremely tech savvy. Add to that going from Windows 7 to 10 has made it difficult to get things organized. Overall I do like the system & hopefully will get the keyboard working or replaced. I would recommend it to a friend if he/she had a lot more computer knowledge than I have.

It fires up real fast and processes quickly. Web pages load fast and easy. It was so easy to set up out of the box. My last all-in-one was also an HP - it lasted over 8 years so I hope I get that many productive years out of this new computer.
