HP's All-in-One had an amazing array of features available! It met all her criteria! We received the computer when expected. She unboxed it and set up was a breeze! Love the interactive guide with the sense of humor! She is still learning how to use a PC, but so far, she is happy that it does the many extra things she wanted it to!

This is my first all-in-one, and for the short time I've had it (one week) I'm extremely pleased. It takes up very little space, the 24" (diag) screen is nice and bright, the pair of internal speakers sound better than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it comes with a webcam. It will be used for very basic stuff (emails and websurfing), so it is no muss-no fuss, and is faster than my desktop (an HP 750-530qd).

5-12 shipping days turned into 15. I bought things from the east coast after I purchased this computer and they arrived faster using the same method and a different carrier (not Fed x) Very disappointed.
