I give this computer a 3 because, from day one, I had nothing but problems. I had to do a total factory reset on the computer twice in the first 4 days. I can tell you I was thankful to Smart Friends and they help me I don't like the idea of having to have a keyboard/mouse that needs to be connected to the computer, and that the keyboard can't be elevated either, seems like going back in time instead of forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Suggest raising price and including higher-quality keyboard and mouse. Especially mouse was disappointing. Have used monitor/computer thrice as a "movie" for myself and guests. This style really makes a clean desk with lots more room for reference/research materials, etc. Love the monitor and use as slideshow at special events.

This computer is quite loud. The keyboard that comes with it is very uncomfortable and is not ergonomic at all. If i was able to return it and search for more options i would, i highly recommend looking into different models.
