I new HP All-IN-ONE is working great. More documentation is needed in paper form such as hookup diagram and detailed setup instruction. For first time users this will be a big help.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 10-yr old laptop (another brand). I like the All-in-one vs. a laptop because I only use it at my desk, and I already have a similar sized monitor. So far, its working out great, once I figured out how to transfer files, and set up preferences to my liking. I sort of wish the USB ports were not in the back, but I think all AIOs are that way.
I was able to add software we needed at time of purchase. Monitor display is clear, color is great. No lag, responds quickly. Has all the features we needed and would definitely recommend it.
This product was purchased for online school- it a great product overall, however-I gave it only 3 stars because the keyboard that comes with it is very cheaply made and wired, and you have to still purchase Microsoft word which is an extra 100 dollars, you still have to purchase virus protection, and it makes the loudest noise- maybe it’s the systems fan I don’t know- but it gets pretty loud
