Horrible experience. Had to reboot computer after computer crashed after installing Microsoft word/excel.
Then it happened again, was informed I would have to reconfigure the computer and reinstall the Microsoft program.
Basically expected to spend 3 hours setting up a computer that should have worked correctly and spent a total of 1.5 hours waiting to actually speak to a person.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
