Missing parts and difficult at best to reach a person. All but useless comps. One drive runs out space immediately. Otherwise, the computer is good. I doubt if I would recommend HP.

I previously owned a Pavilion that lasted me a very long time. The reliability and the excellent quality of its performance, sound and graphics is the main reason I purchased this recent version of Pavilion. In fact, this version is even better than the previous one I owned. It has far more storage capacity than I actually need. The response time online is, practically, instantaneous. The 27" screen is the perfect size for watching video clips or for online chatting. It also displays stunning graphics and I'd consider the sound system excellent. I'm extremely happy with my new Pavilion. It's definitely the best purchase I've ever.
