The online ordering, shipping times and the system itself are all very good. The screen resolution is terrible though. I have two other HP computers (another All in One and a laptop) and their screen resolutions are far superior to this one. Maybe a bad unit or more likely just a poorer quality screen.

I have only had this computer for a short time but am impressed thus far with the amazing graphic color and detail the monitor produces. The machines speed is also quite impressive. Prior to this computer I had a 23” Envy All-In-One. I started having issues with it when I realized it was 10 years old. I certainly hope this new one has that kind of lasting power.
