Our 7 year old Recline 27” All in One has been a dependable and strong performer. Surprisingly this new All in One out shines it in both design and functionality. We love the speed combined with the SDD. Having an additional 1TB of storage is a great benefit. Only two minor criticisms, it should come with a wireless keyboard and mouse, and the sound quality is only adequate compared to the Recline that featured Beats audio. Otherwise a top performance machine that looks amazing in our home.

Overall happy with purchase. Nice big screen, fast processor. Easy set up. Fast delivery. As others have mentioned the fan is quite loud. Much louder than it should be. Also disappointed that adding extra memory at time of purchase isn't offered. Yes, I can do it myself but I would prefer to pay extra up front and wait a a little longer to receive unit with the extra already installed.

There is an update every day to the Intel Driver and Support Assistant, and each time I update, it changes the settings on my HP 8025e printer. I do not understand why I have to update the computer every day. Not happy with this purchase!! The background screen jumps off and on throughout my day while I am using the computer.
