Just getting used to this new computer but it seems to be working well, however I was very frustrated when I came to use the web cam the picture was very fuzzy i searched the web site for hours looking for a cure then finally noticed a small black patch on the camera and on trying to remove this found a blue plastic cover which I removed and problem solved. I was not happy that none of your literature stated that tis should be removed

Well I wasn’t pleased with how long it took to ship to me but once I got it which is only been a couple of days I am liking the computer so far it’s taking a little bit of getting used to as I’m used to the start up of my old windows 10 computer but so far so good

Ease of setup was great/ Windows 11 automatically updated & when I entered my Microsoft account all the 365 Apps automatically loaded on. It will take longer to scrub my old desktop.
