This HP desktop is the perfect computer for our family! It’s fast; sleek and I love the 27 inch screen. The associate that helped me on the phone was phenomenal! He was patient and answered all of my questions. He spent an hour with me until we found the exact one that I wanted!! Thanks HP!!

The computer is beautiful and smart. However, although I only use it for office work (Windows) and to connect to my office server, the computer is noisy since I turned it on for the first time, and it is slow, it takes forever to open some documents and to navigate some programs as ADOBE.
Obviously at this price point this isn’t a top-of-the-line system. My last HP system - a Pavillion I purchased five years ago was a solidly-built, workhorse for five years. I’ve only had this system a few weeks and have already begun having issues with it. One SS port has never worked, one USB “exceeded capability” and crashed my system - the camera quit working, I could not do ANYTHING until I reinstalled Windows 11, thus losing most of my files. Also, I do editing and transcription for a living and the speakers on this system are “crackly and tinny,” unlike the Bose speakers on my last HP. In hind sight, I wouldn’t order this system again. Also, I miss the touchscreen but that’s MY fault for not ordering one! Bottom line: far too many issues for a brand new computer.
Box was noticeably damaged . Despite the damage it did not hinder extraction and setup of the Computer. In this day and age, I am baffled why wire keyboards and mice are standard equipment. I paid a good amount of money for this equipment and am disappointed I needed to go buy wireless equipment.
The computer was easy to set up and performs well.
I love the all in one unit, but the system runs slower than I anticipated, and I did not know a cd drive was not with the computer. I thought I was getting a year of Microsoft Home Office, which I did not get.
I love the pc but for one thing- why is the on and off button on the back of the screen-? when I turn it off, a light at the right bottom keeps blinking- so I unplug it to prevent this- but otherwise I love the pc- it is so fast-
