[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my PC about a month ago and the performance is exactly as advertised. My main fault with the PC was that it would not recognize non-OEM internal storage devices (Samsung EVOs). Buyers should also keep in mind that the MOBO is mini-ITX meaning that there are only two DIMM slots for RAM and one extra SATA port. The PC also comes with one rear exaust case fan with a closed front on the case so cooling may be an issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s pretty good for an entry level gaming pc, seeing how gpu prices are ridiculous these days. It can play some games fine on normal and some heavy games on low but struggle a bit. It doesn’t have its flaw though. If you wanted to upgrade to a better pc, you’d probably have to buy a new motherboard, case, battery, since the inside is really small. If you wanna do some minor upgrade and keep the case, I would probably buy better starter SSD and maybe a 400 PSU from them. Buy 2x8gb Ram cheaper from another place, two 92mm fans for intake and exchaust, and a CPU Cooler. But take my word with a grain of salt as I’m extremely new to gaming PC and could be wrong. GL.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old alienware pc broke and I needed to get a new one. Because of the insane graphics card prices i couldnt build one. So I looked for the already built ones. I found this one and I love it. For me the only downside is that I am having trouble finding a different case for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this computer a little over a month ago and I have to say it is exactly what I wanted. It is fast, reliable and an excellent value. I bought it to become my everyday computer, I am not much of a gamer but I did want something that could give me performance when I needed it. This does all of that! The only thing you may want to consider is either installing a second ssd or getting an external drive since 500 gigs gets used up quickly. Other than that I love it and would recommend it to many people.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and I am yet to run into any problems. However if you want the best out of the product you will need to get a ram upgrade and a hard drive.
