If you want smash burgers, look no further. This thing in a tank!!! Not only is it needed for any griddle, but can also assist in chopping down a tree or shoveling snow away from your pit during winter. Seriously tho, by far the most heavy duty spatula I own and it's huge!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thing is so heavy duty I love it. No problem flipping pork butts or moving around briskets. Before this purchase I was using two spatulas for all of this work. I'm very pleased with it!
