You get what you pay for...

I want to love this machine. However, getting the soap to work is hit or miss, after just 3 uses the wheel popped off and I couldn't get it back on and the hose popped a hole and is unusable. I purchased a replacement hose from my local hardware store but it doesn't fit on the handle of this pressure washer. I have spent the better part of my afternoon trying to figure out what adapter I need to purchase, but there aren't any details anywhere on the size of the connection for the handle. I contacted support and they were great to work with and say that a replacement hose is on its way...but I want to finish my job now instead of leaving it half completed.
When it works its a good little machine...it's just not very high quality...but I guess you get what you pay for.

Powerful compact pressure washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SunJoe electric pressure washer is very compact and powerful. Handy compartments to store the three different heads available. Great for porches or decks! Mine had some issues with the wheels. They were not attached upon delivery. It took some time and effort to figure out how to attach them. Once the wheels were attached, they fell off during my first use. I ditched the wheels and simply picked the pressure washer up by the handle since it is so compact and stood it up when using.

Not very powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pressure watcher did eventually get the job done, but it had to be held very close to the surface in order to get any power behind it. Plus within half an hour, the O ring broke and there was no replacement part in the box, resulting in an unanticipated shower for me. I'll probably still use it once I replace the seal, but only for light cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pressure washer works GREAT! Gets the job done pretty quickly although not as powerful as a gas powered machine. It is definitely much quieter and friendlier to the environment. This is my first time owning a PW and boy I have been missing out. Low maintenance, stays cool to the touch and does not emit noxious fumes like gas powered models. The unit itself is compact and light enough to easily move around as needed. The power cord is long and allows good range without constantly having to move from outlet to outlet. The motor ran for hours almost
non-stop with no issues. Very happy!

Not that good

I use it for 5 minutes and I went to change the handle from the pressure washer handle to soap handle and the pressure washer handle will not come off and I don't like that because it was suppose to be able let you change handle with no problem and it don't work like that. Still can't get it off and just ready to get rid of it and get another pressure washer from another company that has good quality.

Love this pressure washer...a lot!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sun Joe 13 amp pressure washer is a perfect addition to any do-it-yourselfers. The small compact design makes it easy to store and it was very simple to put together, screws and everything was there, everything was very easy it just clicked in and was ready to go, very simple directions, instructions and everything fits in a nice neat place. The body comes with a very long power cord, which eliminates the need for an extension cord for most jobs. It also has a very long pressure hose that allows you to get a further reach without having to continually move the machine around. It came with 3 different heads for different jobs; 0, 15 and 40 degree angle or spray that allows you to do pretty much any job you need around your house; from pressure washing your deck, the side of your house, even your sidewalk, probably even your car if you wanted to wash it with that too. The different heads have notches on the back of them so that they click in and they stay on so you don't lose them. Plus, changing them out is very simple, just like an air hose, you pull it back and it clicks in and it doesn't come loose. This one is the right length for doing most jobs, it's longer without being gaudy or difficult to handle and the attachable spray foam container connects quickly and simply to the end of the sprayer so that you can use pretty much any cleaner that you need for any project. Overall, the design of this pressure washer is just amazing with the two wheels that moves around simply and packs a big punch! Very impressive machine, I was happy to clean the side of my house lickety-split, I was able to blow some weeds and grass off the sidewalk with the 15 degree attachment. It’s just a really great machine thats simple and easy to understand for anybody that needs to keep one around their house.

Powerful!

I am so happy that I do not have to worry about running out of gas! The length of the cord is great. It has a long reach, making it easier to work without having to stop.

It has cleaned the mud off our back patio with ease and left visibly clean streaks on the concrete. I would definitely get again.
